These terms apply to your use of the beego.ie website (the "Website"). The Website is operated by ADNA Limited (trading as BeeGo), a company registered in Ireland under company number 667311, with its registered office at Unit 19, Block 50, Rosemount Business Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 11, D11 DC44, Ireland ("BeeGo", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About the Website
The Website gives information about BeeGo products. We do not sell products directly through the Website. When you click a "View on Amazon" button, you are taken to Amazon, where you can choose to buy.
2. Buying on Amazon
All purchases of BeeGo products are made through Amazon and are governed by Amazon's own conditions of sale, delivery, returns and refunds policies. Your contract for any purchase is formed on Amazon, and questions about an order, delivery, refund or return should be directed to Amazon through Your Orders.
Prices, availability, ratings and offers shown on the Website are given as a guide and may change. They may differ from what is shown on Amazon at any time. The price and terms shown on Amazon at the point of purchase apply.
3. Discount codes
From time to time we may show Amazon discount codes on the Website. Discount codes:
- can only be used on the Amazon marketplace shown with the code (for example Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.ie);
- are subject to Amazon's promotion terms and any conditions shown with the code, including the end date;
- may be limited to one use per customer and to selected products;
- have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or combined with other offers unless stated.
We may change or withdraw a discount code at any time, for example if it is being misused or shared outside its intended use.

We take care to make sure product information on the Website is accurate, but descriptions, images, measurements and specifications are a guide only. Please read the product listing and instructions supplied with the product before buying and fitting. BeeGo products are designed to help with childproofing in the home. They are not a substitute for adult supervision.

You may use the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not use the Website for any unlawful purpose, try to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce viruses or harmful code, or copy, scrape or republish its content without our written permission.

The BeeGo name and logo, and the text, images, videos and design of the Website, belong to ADNA Limited or our licensors. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The Website links to Amazon and may link to other websites and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of websites we do not control.
8. Our liability
We provide the Website free of charge for information. We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
