BeeGo Creator Program Terms
These terms apply to everyone who joins the BeeGo Creator Program. By applying and ticking the box on the application form, you agree to them. The program is run by ADNA Limited ("BeeGo", "we", "us"), a company registered in Ireland at Unit 19, Block 50, Rosemount Business Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 11, D11 DC44. To save a copy, use your browser's Print option and choose "Save as PDF".
1. About these terms
1.1 These terms form the agreement between you and ADNA Limited for the BeeGo Creator Program (the "Program").
1.2 Anything we agree with you by email (for example a video brief or a custom rate) forms part of this agreement. If it conflicts with these terms, the email wins for that item.
1.3 We may update these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before a change takes effect. Changes never reduce commission already earned.
2. Who can join
2.1 You must be 18 or over and live in the United States.
2.2 You need at least one active, public social media account (for example TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Facebook) with content suitable for a family audience.
2.3 We review every application and decide who joins. We do not have to give a reason if we decline an application.
2.4 You must give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
3. Your free Oven Lock and first video
3.1 Once accepted, we will send you a BeeGo Oven Lock free of charge to a US address. It is yours to keep.
3.2 You agree to create at least one paid video featuring the product (see section 7). Send it to us for approval, then post it on your channel with your link within 30 days of delivery. If you do not post within 30 days, we may remove you from the Program. We will not ask for the product back.
3.3 Install and use the product according to the instructions in the box.
4. Your link and how sales are tracked
4.1 We will give you a personal Amazon link. Only sales made through your link count towards your commission.
4.2 A sale counts if a customer clicks your link and buys any BeeGo product on Amazon.com within 14 days.
4.3 Sales are tracked using Amazon Attribution. Amazon's reported figures are final. We are not responsible for sales Amazon does not attribute, for example because of ad blockers, cookie settings or a customer switching devices.
5. Commission
5.1 You earn commission on the net sales made through your link, at the rate for your tier:

5.2 "Total sales" means the total number of units sold through your link since you joined. A higher rate applies from the sale that takes you into the new tier. It is not backdated to earlier sales.
5.3 "Net sales" means the price the customer paid, excluding sales tax and shipping, less any returns, refunds or cancellations.
5.4 Commission applies to sales on Amazon.com only.
6. Payment
6.1 We pay commission monthly in US dollars via Wise, within 30 days after the end of the month in which it was earned.
6.2 The minimum payout is $25. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
6.3 If a sale is returned or refunded after we have paid commission on it, we may deduct that amount from your next payment.
6.4 You are responsible for your own taxes on what we pay you. We may ask for tax information we reasonably need before we pay you.
7. Video fees
7.1 We pay you a fee for every video you create for the Program, with a minimum of one video per creator. When we accept you, we will confirm your rate, the brief and the deadline by email. Your first 1–2 videos are a trial. After that, we may offer you more paid videos, usually up to 4 a month, based on how your videos perform. Extra videos are offered at our discretion and agreed by email.
7.2 Your rate depends on your followers and average views:

7.3 Rates for larger creators and multi-video packages can be agreed individually.
7.4 You will send each video to us for approval before you post it, as an original file without on-screen text or watermarks where possible. We may ask for one round of reasonable changes.
7.5 We pay 50% of each video fee via Wise when you accept the brief, and the remaining 50% within 14 days of approving the video. If you do not deliver the video by the agreed deadline (or a later date we agree), you must refund the upfront 50% within 14 days. If we do not approve a delivered video after one round of changes, you keep the upfront 50%, the remaining 50% is not due, and the rights in section 8.3 do not apply to that video.
7.6 Video fees are paid in addition to any commission you earn.
8. Your content and our rights to use it
8.1 You keep the copyright in everything you create.
8.2 Other posts. By posting Program content featuring BeeGo, you grant ADNA Limited the same licence as in section 8.3 for that content, without further permission or fee. This includes using it in paid ads. Where we repost it organically on our own channels, we will credit you.
8.3 Paid videos. When we pay for a video, you grant ADNA Limited a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use it in any media. This includes paid ads (for example on Amazon, Meta and TikTok), our website, Amazon listings, emails and packaging. We may edit, cut, caption, resize and combine it with other material. We may also use your name, username and likeness as they appear in the video. You may keep it on your own channels.
8.4 Our licences under 8.2 and 8.3 continue after the Program or this agreement ends.
8.5 You confirm that:
- the content is your own original work and does not infringe anyone else's rights;
- everyone who appears in it has agreed, and for any child shown, you are their parent or legal guardian or have their parent or guardian's written consent;
- paid videos contain no copyrighted music, or you supply a version without music.
8.6 You never have to show a child to take part. If you do, please do not show their full name, school or location.
9. Content rules
9.1 Disclose the partnership. Every post must clearly show it is an ad or sponsored, for example with #ad at the start of the caption or the platform's paid-partnership label. This is required by the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
9.2 Be honest. Only share your genuine opinion and experience of the product.
9.3 Do not overclaim. Do not say the product is "100% safe", "childproof" or "guaranteed", or make claims about certifications or test results we have not given you in writing.
9.4 Show the product installed and used correctly, as shown in the instructions.
9.5 Follow the rules of each platform you post on.
9.6 Do not post content that is offensive, unsafe, misleading or that criticises other brands by name.
10. Not allowed
The following are not allowed. If they happen, we may cancel the related commission and remove you from the Program:
- buying through your own link, or asking friends and family to do so to earn commission;
- using Amazon Associates links for BeeGo products in Program content;
- bidding on "BeeGo" or our product names in search ads, or running paid ads with your link without our written permission;
- posting your link on coupon, deal or cashback sites, or sending spam;
- offering anything in return for Amazon reviews, or asking followers to leave reviews in exchange for anything;
- offering discounts or promo codes we have not given you;
- presenting yourself as a BeeGo employee or as speaking for BeeGo.
11. Our relationship
11.1 You are an independent creator, not an employee, agent or partner of BeeGo.
11.2 You are free to work with other brands. Please do not promote a competing oven lock in the same video as BeeGo.
12. Ending the agreement
12.1 Either of us can end this agreement at any time by email.
12.2 When it ends, we will stop tracking new sales through your link. We will pay any commission earned up to the end date in the next payment run, even if it is under $25.
12.3 If you have broken section 10 or acted fraudulently, we may end the agreement immediately and withhold commission linked to that conduct.
12.4 Sections 6.3, 8, 13 and 15 continue after the agreement ends.
13. Liability
13.1 We are not liable for any indirect loss, or for lost income or opportunities, arising from the Program.
13.2 Our total liability to you is limited to the amounts paid or payable to you under this agreement in the 12 months before the claim.
13.3 You are responsible for claims that arise because your content breaks these terms or infringes someone else's rights.
13.4 Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Your information
14.1 We use your details only to run the Program: to review your application, ship your product, track sales and pay you.
14.2 We do not sell your details. You can ask us to see or delete them at any time by emailing us.
15. General
15.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
15.2 If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
15.3 You may not transfer this agreement to anyone else.
