We offer a 30 day money guarantee on all of our products. If you are not happy with your purchase simply contact us at email@example.com and we will start the refund process.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10 working days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference, We'll notify you via e-mail of the next steps to complete your refund.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Returns can be mailed to: ADNA Limited, Unit 19 Block 50, Rosemount Business Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 11, Ireland. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
